And they were flexible and helpful. Today I met the driver and the driver was also incredibly lovely, friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain a couple of things to me, that I forgotten to ask about. And I have never had such wonderful service from a company like this. I 100% recommend them. I really enjoy the flexibility that they offer. The customer service was awesome. And I will definitely be using them again when we move.

We’ve been using 3 Taxiboxes in our backyard since 2019 and don’t even want to imagine how hard life would’ve been without them!
We’ve made layout adjustments to our on-site storage over the years, but we never have to worry because Paul the delivery driver always manoeuvres the forklift so effortlessly you’d think he was born with those wheels himself!
Taxibox was the perfect solution for my interstate move! I wasn’t able to secure a permanent home interstate before arriving so the convenience of one source to move and store while I home-hunt was awesome. If not for Taxibox, it would’ve been a hassle to transport all my stuff with a removalist into a separate storage facility which would’ve been additional work and costs!
Taxibox’s pricing is competitive too, and very organised and efficient with their system and communication for bookings, pick-ups and deliveries. I also like the fact that I can pack and unpack things myself so I can ensure it’s done properly & safely and know where everything is inside the box.
It’s great that they have options for how to get your stuff back. I was hoping to get my Taxibox delivered to my address for unboxing but there was nowhere to park it at the new place so it helped having the option of retrieving my stuff at Taxibox’s facility myself.
I would strongly recommend Taxibox especially for interstate moves because the convenience & transparent pricing is a great peace of mind in stressful times like relocations!
I used Taxibox to move interstate from Brisbane to Melbourne. Brilliant service run by people who are very in touch with what it feels like to move house. Communication was great and very helpful whenever I needed to get in touch. Fun marketing, overall a great company to interact with during a usually stressful time.
In the process for an interstate move at the moment. Initial booking was great, however I've been told different things by different customer service people each time I've rang and there are more and more parameters as I go along. Stressful AF.
Update: they’ve put in a lot of effort to acknowledge and rectify my poor experience and have helped me organise the remainder of my service with great care.

Super easy to store our household items at home whilst we renovated and got new flooring! Recommend to anyone who needs storage solutions and wants to keep their things nearby.
We moved from WA to Melbourne and things were quick and smooth both ends of the trip. Frank was great in delivering our box, right at the back of a bush property and down some narrow gravel roads.

Delivered taxiboxes to my old address, picked up and stored for approx. 2 weeks then delivered to new address and picked up the following morning. Fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

I had a problem with my delivery because it was happening road works on my street and the box couldn’t be delivered. After talking to the support, they guide me to use their facility to storage my things.However for the redelivery service i wasn’t charged the fee.
This case shows type of service that cares about the customer satisfaction.

We used a small Taxi Box at home for short term storage whilst moving from interstate. The very skilled driver was able to move the Taxi Box into our small backyard off a laneway. And it was so helpful to have this extra storage whilst unpacking and decluttering following a big move. Communication with the company has always been easy and efficient. Highly recommended service.
