I had a wonderful time with Taxibox today. Both guys that helped me out were very accommodating and were enthusiastic. I felt like my items were taken care very well and I didn’t have to stress about it. They even recommended how to store certain things and to organise it so that nothing falls over and fragile things are kept safe. It was a fast and easy operation, and went very smoothly. Shout out to Joshua and (I’m so sorry I forgot his name) his instructor.

I was fortunate enough to have my call being answered by the Customer Service Guru, the lady who should be used as a mentor for anyone in Customer Service, genuinely interested in helping people and truly amazing customer service skills. Her name is Vanessa and she deserves double pay raise and recognition for her outstanding service. Godsend to this company and the customers using their services. We had two taxiboxes delivered by Eddie, who was very friendly and professional to deal with. We were not home at the time of delivery but he contacted me upon arrival, sent me photos of where the boxes were placed, and waited for my approval before leaving the premises! Thanks for a fuss free delivery!

He stayed extremely calm and methodical on a wet day in difficult road conditions with other indifferent and unhelpful
motorists around him
Pete was friendly, on time and a weapon handling the forklift! He noticed the packing supplies I ordered were missing so he arranged for the warehouse to drop them off separately before I even had a chance to notice or ask.
He took the time to show me the ropes and put the box it in the most convenient spot possible. Much appreciated!

I got 5 taxi boxes stored and then delivered to our new house, Taxibox was perfect for our move. So easy to use, everything worked exactly as advertised and good value for money. Highly recommended!
Courteous friendly service from the driver and office people. Was worried that their are. I internal securing points so furniture moved around in transit but we had protected well.

Nori was skilled with maneuvering the truck into our apartment complex driveway off a busy main road. He came and went but still took the time to talk me through handy loading and proper tarp covering tips to ensure our stuff would stay undamaged by inclement weather and during transportation. Please give this guy a bonus.
Fabulous system. Communication is second to none. Online portal is really easy to use and have a superb tracking system to see where your taxi boxes are. Had storage for 3 months and everything arrived back in perfect condition. Ideal if you only have a couple of rooms worth of furniture.
Highly recommended service, with our pleasant experience! Good customer service, reasonably priced and great flexibility. Very efficient for your short term storage and transition for home moving.
Eddie was so friendly and above all professional, he took time to introduce himself made sure he understood where I wanted the box to be positioned, and made sure to show me how to uncover and cover the box properly. Well done Eddie.
Thank you so much Eddie for being so easy to work with! I was notified 30mins ahead of Time when the truck was going to be there and Eddie made it super simple for bump in to the event site, an expert on the forklift! He followed all instructions and parked in the perfect place ready to go when I arrived.
