Such a great and convenient service. I’ve used them many times when I’ve been in between houses and don’t know how long it will be. This time it’s been 3 years, but now got it delivered to the new place, driver got the boxes into tricky places including an open carport in a block of flats with 1cm to spare with the light bulb. Brilliant! Now I can take my time to sort and unpack. So much easier than a moving truck.
Used Taxibox for an interstate move from Brisbane to Melbourne, and while was apprehensive about the move, their service made everything smooth and easy. Cannot say enough positive things about Frank, who helped me unpack the box when it was emptied in a busy street in Melbourne! Will use again if I have another interstate or international move in the future!

Frank, who delivered, picked up and dropped off another box, then picked up again, was just magic. Absolute ray of sunshine, even on a dark wintry Melbourne morning. Communication along the way was excellent: texts were clear and tracking links worked well. The box system is well designed. Highly recommend.

We moved a one-bedroom and study worth of furniture from Sydney to Adelaide using one taxi box. Everything was simple and straightforward throughout the entire process, with simple online booking. It was even easy to adjust the taxi box delivery/pick up dates and times.
The delivery process was much easier (for me) than expected, despite living in narrow and car filled streets, as Taxibox are able to manoeuvre single taxi taxiboxes using a forklift.
All staff that I encountered were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly.
In Adelaide, we opted to have same day delivery and pickup of the taxi box, which worked really well. Nathan (our delivery driver) was prompt, incredibly friendly, and helped us feel at ease/not rushed.

Friendly, courteous, and ever so cheerful on a freezing cold morning, Frank delivered the unit on time and placed it exactly where I needed it to go in a blink of an eye! Professional staff like Frank is the reason why I’ve been using TaxiBox for my storage needs over the past 10 years.
Using TAXIBOX was super helpful when we needed some short-time storage while renovations were happening. They went brilliantly through during the wet season without a leak - even through cyclone - Alfred. Everything inside stayed safe and dry and no mold. A big shout-out to Danny who expertly and cheerfully dropped off the boxes and positioned them in a suitable location for us and then picked them up at the end. It wasn't the easiest for him due to the wet weather but he got it done.
This was our first time using Taxi Boxes, and it already came highly recommended by a trusted friend. The experience was incredible from start to finish. I especially appreciated being able to speak to a 'real' person who took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I received the exact amount of storage needed. Seemless experience from start to finish.
Delivery was on time for me to pack and the process was simple. I packed and forgot about it until it was time to get it delivered and that process was easily handled in a tight alleyway and with heavy traffic expected. Driver was amazing with delivery point. Items arrived all safe and no damage at all so I can tell it was well looked after and secured for the three months. Highly recommend.

I used Taxibox prior to staging my home for my home opens.
