From the moment our TaxiBox was delivered to Sydney NSW, right through to having it delivered to our new home in Two Rocks, Western Australia, the whole process was seamless and stress free.
We especially loved the communication throughout the process. The text messages with our ETA and the tracking link made it so easy to know exactly where everything was and when to expect our delivery. Eddie even gave us a call before arriving to give us a heads up, which meant we could have everything ready to go.
Nothing was ever too hard for Eddie. We were a little nervous about the delivery because of our neighbours and the location, but Eddie was so accommodating. He reassured us that if he needed to move the truck while we unloaded our belongings, it wasn’t a problem at all. That kind of flexibility and customer service made such a difference.

We had 30 minutes to unload the Taxi Box, but we absolutely smashed it and had it unpacked within 10 to 15 minutes! Eddie was so calm, relaxed and accommodating throughout the whole process. He even reassured us that if any of our neighbours needed to get out of their driveways, it would be no problem at all and he could easily move the truck if needed.
We also absolutely loved the tracking throughout the journey. Being able to see where our Taxi Box was and get an ETA was so reassuring, and the courtesy call before delivery was fantastic. Those little things make such a difference, especially when you’re moving interstate and trying to coordinate everything around a brand new home.
From the very beginning, when the Taxi Box was delivered to our home in Sydney, right through to having it delivered to our new home in Two Rocks, WA, the entire experience has been fantastic.
