When I needed to move the Taxibox to a better location because of my own mistake, he jumped right in and took care of it without hesitation. The delivery itself was prompt, quick, and right on time. There was also a mix-up with the location (again, entirely my fault), and Frank patiently helped me navigate that too. Con was my delivery guy and he was so efficient and quick. He had to forklift my taxibox down a narrow road and into a tight car spot for me to start packing. There was absolutely no issue with any of it. Would highly recommend taxibox and hope you get Con as your driver!

I moved interstate with Taxibox which was the most cost-effective method by far. The customer service and communication were excellent at both ends of the move. The removalists (from Easy Peasy) who helped me load the box in Sydney were outstanding as they managed to efficiently pack everything into the box. Driver Adam who delivered the box was very patient at navigating a tricky delivery street situation. Just be mindful that it is a big box that gets jostled around quite a bit (I had some broken boxes but everything was intact inside) so make sure to protect your stuff well. Highly recommend Taxibox and would definitely use them again for another move.

Our TAXIBOX driver went above and beyond to help us today. Because of the rain, the original plan was to leave the box on the street, and my driveway is quite steep, so it was a difficult job. But he genuinely tried his best to find a better solution for us instead of just taking the easy option.
He removed the trailer base and carefully manoeuvred the TAXIBOX all the way to our garage door successfully. It made our move so much easier and saved us so much stress in the rain.
Really appreciated his attitude, patience, and willingness to help and always thinking from the customer’s perspective. Outstanding service.

Had such a good experience with TAXIBOX so far for our interstate move! Jad organised everything for us over the phone and somehow managed to keep us on track over text while we were overseas and mildly chaotic 😅 Super easy to deal with and genuinely so helpful.
Nori delivered our box right on time, was so lovely, and had the whole thing sorted in about five minutes flat. He showed me how to lock everything up and made it all feel ridiculously easy.
Honestly, way less stressful than I expected moving to be!

I was excited to get my TAXIBOX but abit disappointed cause I thought it would be abit wider or deeper… but I am happy I got most of my stuff that was in a storage unit in it ..but I have left over ( a lot of storage plastic containers ) We ordered another one it was so easy the person on the fone was great and understanding
Today my second TAXIBOX came super early it was awesome. I got to meet a very nice Eddie who was so helpful and polite ( I had talked to him on the fone another time when I couldn’t close the first box ) I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to store their stuff
