Excellent service from start to finish. Easy booking, on-time delivery and pickup, and the TAXIBOX was clean and secure. Customer service was friendly and responsive. Made moving much less stressful. Highly recommended.

My experience with Taxibox was just simple. No hassles dealing with customer service. I was helped alot when I wasn't sure about how to book to have access to my Taxibox. My phone,somehow, didn't have access to call a taxi to return home so I've asked a guy in the office to ring a taxi for me. And he kindly did. Just little services like that meant alot.Other than that, I got taken care of well. Thank you for a lovely service!!
