What's the difference between Mobile Storage and Local Storage?
Mobile Storage
We deliver the TAXIBOX straight to your door in the Eastern Suburbs. You pack on your own schedule, and when you’re ready, we’ll come collect it and store it securely. Simple.
Local Storage
Prefer to bring it in yourself? Head to our Alexandria site and load your stuff into your own secure, drive-up unit. Too easy.
Where is TAXIBOX Local Alexandria?
We’re located at 21 O’Riordan Street, Alexandria. Super easy to reach, even easier to use. These are premium drive-up units, so you can roll right up to your space between 5am and 10pm, 7 days a week. No bookings, no waiting, just storage that works around you.
Can I access my TAXIBOX once in storage?
Mobile Storage: Once packed, your TAXIBOX is stored safely at our secure Greenacre facility. Need to visit it? No worries.
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm AEST
Saturday: 8:00am – 1:30pm AEST
Heads up: we’re closed on Sundays and public holidays
Just give us at least one business days’ notice via the customer portal and we’ll have your TAXIBOX ready to roll.
Local Storage:Want frequent access? Bring your items to our Alexandria site, drive right up to your unit, and load in, no need to book. Just roll up and go.
