Boomeranged to/from Sydney with Taxibox. Our most recent Taxibox driver (Frank in Melbourne) was punctual, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the delivery process. His friendly attitude and efficiency made the experience seamless and stress-free which is a lot to say for any move!
We moved from WA to Melbourne and things were quick and smooth both ends of the trip. Frank was great in delivering our box, right at the back of a bush property and down some narrow gravel roads.

Delivered taxiboxes to my old address, picked up and stored for approx. 2 weeks then delivered to new address and picked up the following morning. Fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

I had a problem with my delivery because it was happening road works on my street and the box couldn’t be delivered. After talking to the support, they guide me to use their facility to storage my things.However for the redelivery service i wasn’t charged the fee.
This case shows type of service that cares about the customer satisfaction.

We used a small Taxi Box at home for short term storage whilst moving from interstate. The very skilled driver was able to move the Taxi Box into our small backyard off a laneway. And it was so helpful to have this extra storage whilst unpacking and decluttering following a big move. Communication with the company has always been easy and efficient. Highly recommended service.
Loved being able track the arrival of the box via realtime updates. The box arrived perfectly on time and Jack was great lifting it into position. We used the 30mins to fill the box and Jack then returned to lift the box on the truck.
Couldn’t be easier, and super happy we’re temporarily storing items using TaxiBox’s service. Also shout-out to Jack who was lovely and patient.
Rad arrived right on time. We had a discussion about the best location for my 2 boxes - which ended up being slightly different to the original plan but made more sense from a loading perspective.
He placed the boxes and spent some time making sure that one box ended up level (it was on a slightly sloping grass area).
He talked thru the process so I knew what to expect.

Excellent service Fantastic communication through whole process. Would highly recommend. Box looked small when first saw it but amazing just how much can fit into it. We stored for 4 months everything was in exactly same condition as when we packed and nothing inside had moved. Would love to see a few tie down points installed inside the box to help secure items. Would definitely use again if ever moving again
We had the box delivered today and being on a busy road it was supposed to be a tricky job. Bu the driver Frank was very patient and made it look easy. All things considered a seamless experience.
Frank was wonderful to deal with and the fork lift was electric so super quiet! Frank happily answered my questions and even adjusted a box when I changed my mind. Great service.
I used Taxibox to deliver, pickup and store then deliver to new address. They were on time and efficient and follow instructions to the letter. My experience has been very positive and would recommend them to anyone considering a move. One recommendation I would make is if possible they should have bigger size trailers.
Delivery driver Frank is a pro! Not only that, super friendly and went above and beyond to put the box in the desired location, and fine tune it so it functions as needed, on a bit of an uneven surface.

Ordering was easy however I had asked when ordering online and then again during the confirmation phone call regarding levelling of the container on my driveway which has a slight incline. The guy who carried out the delivery only had small chocks with him so could not level the container as required. Other than that delivery was quick and easy.
Super accommodating, helpful staff! When I got my redelivery halfway through the month, I was only charged for the time I used the storage. Great automated feature that tells you 30 minutes before the storage arrives, very precise. Loved the service, would recommend 10/10.
You guys are so helpful - in what was a very stressful interstate move.
