Karl was quick and efficient. He had no problem unloading the box or bringing it to the spot I designated.
This stage was just the initial box delivery; the movers haven't yet arrived to load it.

The boxes were just too wide to fit in to where they were needed.
But Frank is the kind of man who hears that all the time and goes in anyway!
Not only did he fit them in, but he ensured there was no obstruction to others.
So we get much more time to pack, much more convenience, and we do not annoy the neighbours.

When it arrived I thought geez it looks smaller then I thought, I won’t fit everything in, but wow once I started packing it held so much. Little error of where driver put it but I called and he came straight back and put in the correct spot. Collected when o booked in and messaged me to say they had it. I would recommend and would use again when needed
Proffesional , job got done quickly. Less hassle to move between apartment because its flexible to store or pick the date to move the taxi box. Really love the service.
Nori was so helpful with our move, we only had a short amount of time to pack the Taxi Box and he jumped straight into help. He made a process that we were worried would be stressful, very easy and efficient. Highly recommend him for anyone looking to book in the future. He also knows how to pack the taxi box like Tetris very well!!
Delivery experience not as great as many office staff handling booking and not as familiar with local conditions. Seemed trickier to organise than initial ordering. Also, charges mount up despite one week notification. Reason provided was because I booked too late when I was waiting for callback.
